Aluminum Frames


We offer a wide variety of frame styles for use in any audio visual setting. These frames are light weight, rugged and easy to assemble. All are constructed with 6063-T6 schedule 10 aluminum piping and are fabricated using rugged cast aluminum slip fittings. Choose from one of our basic styles below or call us to manufacture a frame style to your specification.

All of our aluminum frames can be curved to virtually any radius. A curved aluminum frame is great for a wide variety of applications—from large theatre screens with a wide radius to simulators with a short radius—where the screen will fill the viewer's peripheral vision.

Free Standing Frame (Model "AVA"): this model is suggested for use in smaller classroom and auditorium settings and can be fabricated with optional height and tilt adjustments.

Wall Mounted Frame (Model "AVB"): this popular framing style is excellent for large auditoriums or theatres with a permanent screen location. It can be fabricated with tilt feature to allow overhead projection.


Floor or Ceiling Stationary Frame (Model "AVC"): this convenient framing style can be suspended by pipe from a ceiling or rest on its legs from the floor.

Floor or Ceiling Swivel Frame (Model "AVD"): a variation of Model AVC, this frame has the provision to swivel out of the way when not in use--an excellent option for multipurpose auditoriums.

Basic Frame (Model "AVF"): a basic frame design, this style can be adapted to a wide variety of situations. It's versatile desing allows it to be suspended with cables from the ceiling or counter weighted to be raised or lowered.
