Hurley Screen large format theatre screens are warranted against defective material and faulty workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Hurley Screen ElectraView® motorized screens are warranted for a period of one(1) year from the date of purchase.
These warranties apply only to equipment properly installed and operated
according to Hurley Screen instructions. These warranties do not apply to ordinary
wear and tear or equipment abused, misused or modified in any way.
Under this warranty, Hurley's sole obligation is to repair or replace defective
equipment at Hurley's option. Shipping charges to and from the factory are to be
paid by customer.
This warranty is in lieu of other warranties expressed or implied.
All returns must have a return authorization number issued by Hurley Screen.
Returns without a R/A number will not be accepted.
Beyond the Warranty
On ElectraView Screens, Hurley Screen will
replace the viewing surface labor free for the life of the unit. The product must be returned to Hurley Screen in original condition (no modifications). Material cost of the replacement surface and shipping
charges to and from the factory are to be paid by the customer.
